Join us at our headquarters in Idstein as DTC Controlling Manager (m/f/x).

  • Maintain the company's financial models (P&L, B/S, and CF) as well as other operational models and reports
  • Compile, maintain and present monthly financial reporting packages
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, for both revenue and expenses
  • Develop and maintain reporting metrics to illustrate the health of the business
  • Develop and maintain customized financial reports as requested / required by various business groups
  • Partner with business groups to analyst, forecast and report revenue and expenses
  • Partner with department managers to review monthly results and forecast for future periods
  • Partner with department managers to identify and develop the business requirements that will be translated into key performance indicators
  • Identify and improve operational inefficiencies within current processes to enhance overall group effectiveness

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience, with heavy emphasis in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting
  • Experience in the retail, textile, e-commerce, or FMCG sectors
  • Willingness to work 4 days a week in the office
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel including Power Query with the ability to build/develop complex models, SAP/COPA/BW/BPS reporting package experience a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong analytical skill and business sense
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to develop and maintain complex financial models and generate key insights
