In this role, you take technical ownership of the Software Function within our R&D organization. You are the crucial link between strategic product planning and hands-on software delivery, ensuring that our development teams translate business requirements into world-class software solutions. As a key member of our agile organization, you bring your strong technical expertise and leadership skills to drive delivery excellence.

• Acting as the bridge between technical implementation and business stakeholders, translating complex technical topics into clear communication.

• Decision-making authority for trade-offs within the software function, balancing scope, quality, and delivery timelines.

• Responsibility of Software Release delivery and quality (Software Installation Success).

• Establishment of Security by Design principle.

• Ownership and management of the Function Backlog in alignment with stakeholders.

• Facilitation of Sprint Planning and Sprint Review meetings, ensuring teams commit to achievable goals and deliver value consistently.

Profil

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical complexities to diverse stakeholders.

• Proven track record in requirements engineering, software specification, and release management.

• Strong understanding of software architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management.

• Education in computer science, software engineering, or a comparable education.

• Significant professional experience (8+ years) in software development and R&D environments.

• Experience in agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps.
