• Unterstützung unserer Talent‑Management‑Prozesse im tesa Headquarter sowie in unseren sechs globalen Regionen (Nordamerika, Lateinamerika, Europa, Greater China, Asia Pacific und META)
• Erstellung von Analysen und Auswertungen auf Basis unserer Talent‑Management‑Daten und ‑Reports
• Aktualisierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Talent‑Management‑Performance‑Indikatoren (KPIs) als eigenes Projekt
• Aktive Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung unserer jährlichen internationalen Talent Reviews
• Übernahme von Vorbereitungstätigkeiten sowie Unterstützung bei der Planung weltweiter Development Center
• Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Umsetzung verschiedener Talent‑ und Entwicklungsinitiativen
• Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Talent‑Management‑Software sowie Übernahme einzelner Teilprojekte
• Eigenständige Mitarbeit im Team, Unterstützung laufender Projekte sowie eigeninitiierte Recherche und Aufbereitung von Informationen zu aktuellen Trends und Best Practices im Bereich Talent Management & Development

• Du befindest dich idealerweise im Masterstudium mit dem Schwerpunkt (Wirtschafts-) Psychologie, Human Resources, Sozialwissenschaften oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften (oder Vergleichbares) bzw. bist in deinem Gap Year zwischen Bachelor und Master
• Du hast bereits erste Arbeitserfahrungen während eines Praktikums oder einer Ausbildung gesammelt
• Du besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie eine hohe Kundenorientierung
• Du bist interessiert an digitalen Trends und hast Freude an der Arbeit mit AI Tools
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel und PowerPoint sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
• Du bist bestenfalls ab Juni für 6 Monate verfügbar
